Delete your FlyX account

This page lets you close your FlyX customer account (flyx.in and the FlyX mobile app — they are the same account) and request deletion of your personal data.

What gets deleted

  • Your login (email and password) — access stops immediately, on the website and in the app.
  • Your profile: name, email address, phone number and saved traveller details.
  • Saved searches and app preferences.

What is retained, and for how long

  • Booking, ticket, invoice and tax records for tickets already issued. Indian tax and aviation record-keeping rules require these; they are kept for the statutory retention period (up to 8 financial years for GST/accounting records) and then deleted.
  • Fraud-prevention and payment-dispute records, for as long as the applicable law requires.

Everything not covered above is erased within 30 days of your request.

Before you continue

  • Closing your account does not cancel trips you have already booked. For a cancellation or refund, contact support first — airline fare rules still apply.
  • Download any e-tickets or invoices you still need. After closure you cannot sign in to retrieve them.
  • This cannot be undone. To use FlyX again you will need to register a fresh account.

Option 1 — sign in and delete instantly

The fastest way: sign in, come back to this page, and confirm — with your password, or with a code we email you if you sign in using one-time codes, Google or Apple. In the mobile app the same option is under Menu → Settings → Delete Account.

If you cannot sign in, submit your registered email address here. We verify that you own the address, then close the account and confirm by email.
