Cancellation & Date Change Policy
How to cancel or change a FlyX flight booking, and what each option costs.
Cancellation charges
You pay the airline cancellation charge plus the FlyX cancellation fee of Rs 300 per passenger per sector (domestic) or Rs 500 (international). The convenience fee, payment gateway charges and any discount used are not refunded.
Date change charges
You pay the airline change fee, any fare difference for the new flight and the FlyX reschedule fee of Rs 300 per passenger per sector (domestic) or Rs 500 (international). Some fares cannot be changed at all.
No-show
If you do not cancel before the airline deadline, the airline treats it as a no-show and usually refunds only the statutory taxes, less the adjustments above.
Time-sensitive bookings
If departure is close, contact support immediately. Airline deadlines are strict, and a late request can mean a higher charge.
